BECOMING A VOLTA REVIVAL FOUNDING MEMBER

Volta Revival is committed to achieving the 100% model so all public donations go directly towards our programs and mission! We do this through a small group of generous donors we call founders. Through their annual and monthly contributions we are able to pay our staff, overhead, and operational costs while putting 100% of every other donation towards our liberatory and community based programs.

This model encourages a fixed management budget and improves transparency and donor reporting. Currently, our largest management cost is staff salaries and benefits. As an organization we are committed to investing in our human capital by retaining a dedicated and well supported staff. Our founders model allows for this continued investment while remaining fully dedicated to our mission and programs.
