Volta Revival operates on an accrual and cash based system which is overseen by five members of the organization in addition to the finance committee. Our financial policies focus on providing accurate and transparent information to our donors and the communities we serve. This includes external accountability structures such as annual reports, donor reports, tax documents, and auditing in both the USA and Ghana. Our internal accountability is based on management reports, receipt verification, triple checking transactions, and quarterly financials with cash flow and accurate budgeting. As a team we are always working to improve our financial accountability structures and we know our current system has been built with integrity and with the best interest of those we work with at heart.
